RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note: All purchases made with discount codes or purchased at discounted price (flash sales, discount codes, sale prices) are Final Sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds. 

We want you to absolutely love your Once Boutique purchase! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 10 days of having received your order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. (Exchanges are based on availability only. We cannot guarantee availability on items). A store credit will be issued once we inspect all items being returned. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. Clients are responsible for any return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals. Orders placed with any discount code, sale items, bodysuits, jewelry, bralettes, and accessories are FINAL SALE cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit. 

What items are returnable? 

New, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with tags attached in original packaging. (please be careful trying on clothing while wearing make up or where you place your clothes because of pet hairs - any items with make up stains, rips or animal hairs is not eligible for return). No sale, discount items (from sale collection or sale discount codes). Must be return within 10 days of having received order (postmarked by 10th day). Any items returned after the return window / or final sale are not accepted. 

How do I return?

Please send us an email at info@onceboutiquepr.com within the 10 day return window. Please include your order number and the items that you'd like to return. We will respond shortly with instructions on how to complete your return. Remember your are responsible for any return shipping fees. 

The item I received is damaged!

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@onceboutiquepr.com to help you resolve this issue. You will have up to 24 hours after the package was delivered to report a damaged item.

Sale Items 

All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, flash sale or during sitewide sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.

The following items are also final sale for hygienic reasons (full price): bodysuits, bralettes, swimwear + jewelry.

Exchanges

If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to info@onceboutiquepr.com. We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges all depend on availability item/size/color availability. Item is not guaranteed until we email you with a confirmation. 

Store Credit

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your return/exchange. Once your return is marked as received and inspected, an ONCE store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item. Store Credits does not expire.
