SHIPPING POLICY

We offer $5 Flat Rate Shipping for PR and US orders. Free shipping on all PR and US orders over $100. 

All orders have a processing timeframe of 2-3 business days. We process orders from Monday-Saturday. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day of being placed. All in stock orders ship immediately. If you need to make a change to your order or address, it can only be done if order has not been fulfilled. Once an order ships or is fulfilled, unfortunately, we cannot modify the order. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling will be charged to customer.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on onceboutiquepr.com.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, ONCE is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service. If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim to USPS.
